These Terms apply to your use of ankssjfz.com and purchases from Ankssjfz, an online storage cabinet store operated by ANKSSJFZ INC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Orders and Product Information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Review the dimensions, materials, included components and assembly requirements on the product page before ordering.
Product photographs and descriptions identify the item offered for sale. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Decorative accessories are not included unless expressly listed. These explanations do not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you before making a substitution or charging a different price. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping to eligible destinations is free ($0). Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order without your agreement.
Changes and Cancellations
Email info@ankssjfz.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and requested change. We can assist if the order has not entered a fulfillment stage that prevents changes. A request is not confirmed until we respond. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled and our Refund Policy applies.
Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery estimates, eligible destinations, returns, costs and refund timing. These policies form part of the purchase terms. Products must be assembled and used according to the supplied instructions, including wall anchoring where required.
Website Use and Shopify
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person's rights. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information to provide the storefront and checkout. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights for purchases already made. Applicable U.S. federal law and Mississippi law govern these Terms, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
